Normal for nothing to come out after using Thrush Pessary?

I’m 27+5 and used a thrush pessary this morn. I used it in the morning rather than the evening as I have to put in progesterone pessaries in the evening. The GP told me they can be a little messy and I might want to wear a pad, but I’ve had literally nothing come out, no discharge at all. Is that normal? Just a bit worried it’s just in there not dissolving 🤷🏻‍♀️

I haven't used it in pregnancy but used one not long ago and I had chalky bits come out the next morning on my first pee/wipe but a lot less than I expected. I think it depends on how far in you got it. It wouldn't be possible for it to remain solid for long with the temperature inside the vagina. I actually felt mines start to dissolve only a minute after putting it in. Definitely wouldn't worry.

Nothing to worry about. If it’s still in there and still hasn’t dissolved, it will eventually. If anything you’re lucky: less mess!

@2020mission thank you, I finally had some chalky stuff in my underwear about 8 hours after I put it in! Not much though but makes me feel better that it’s actually dissolved.

@AnonGlitterBomb thanks 😊 that’s very true! X
