Pregnancy of unknown location

Ive done 6 home tests all positive but faint since 5th may. I had a clearblue postive saying 2-3 yesterday, ive just left my scan and been told they cant see anything. My endometrial thickness is 16.3. The sonographer said im probably just too early to see anything but im panicking!

You don't say how far along you are. Assuming the 5th was the day of your missed period, you're about 4 weeks pregnant so going for a scan this early really won't be able to tell you anything as the embryo is still microscopic.

I've not seen any private clinics that will scan you before 6/7 weeks. Before that can, they can just cause a whole load of unnecessary worry for nothing.

I dont know how far i am as i had my implant removed on march 25th, didnt have a period. I got a positive on may 5th then clearblue said 2-3 yesterday

So from 25th March, say if that was your LMP you’d be 6 weeks, you obv ovulated after that somewhere so your going to be less than 6 weeks.
And because you didn’t have a period you have no idea when you ovulated so I think your just very early.
It’s a mine field when you haven’t had a period tbh

Very unlikely to see anything before 6-7 weeks OP, the very earliest. What made you go for a test this early? Was this a private scan or are you under a care of a speciality team? Wishing you well

Keep testing every two days, give your myself a couple of weeks before booking another scan.

Last year I had a pregnancy of unknown location, followed by a viable pregnancy. I had pains and spotting with both. The PUL turned into an early loss with nothing ever showing on a scan plus very low hcg, and the following pregnancy went to term and is currently filling a nappy as I type. Early scans with both- with the PUL my endometrial thickness was 10mm at 5 weeks 4 days, with my daughter it was 16mm at 4 weeks 1 day.
