period pains at 32 weeks???

Hi all,

Im 32 weeks and ive been experiencing period pains on and off since the weekend.

Saturday night they came quite regular with back pain to go with them. I went to sleep and fortunalty they didnt get any worse. Since then i have been getting on and off.

Has anyone else been experience this, as i have had b/h in the form of my bump going tight before but that doesnt hurt like these period pains do?????????

Could they be Braxton Hicks (not sure how you spell?) You know the practise contractions you get, labour pains for me were just like really bad period pains.

If in doubt I would ring/speak to your midwife?

Hi i think they maybe braxton hicks, the first ones i got just felt tight but recently have become stronger and like period cramps, but if concerned talk to your midwife.
