Hi 😊 I’m 13 weeks pregnant and I’ve suffered a lot of nausea and vomiting (2-3 times a day), and a week or two ago I noticed after vomiting a bit, my vomit when was black/brown and looked almost like Branston pickle 😂 I’ve had it today again and after googling it’s seems like it might be dangerous, I’m going to call my GP tomorrow but has anyone had this? Sorry for the gross pic

Contact your GP, you probably should have done so after the first instance of black/brown coffee ground vomit. It can sometimes mean you’ve got a bowel obstruction or a bleed in your GI tract.
Hopefully it’s nothing too serious!
Also the GP can give you something for the vomiting and nausea, you absolutely don’t need to suffer through it!

Yes, ring your GP as soon as they open. That looks like partially digested blood and needs further investigation.

Thanks both, I rung them this morning and as it's very infrequent and soon after previous vomiting they said it's likely just a slight tear in my tract, and not to worry unless I feel unwell or it gets frequent
