4 days before af spotting has arrived .... is this implantation or will af show up soon?

Sorry I'm not sure but if you think you're pregnant please don't use a tampon, they're really not recommended. Use a pad in the mean time.

Could be either, that looks like a small
Amount of old blood. Only way to know is to wait I'm afraid
