Really hoping someone can offer some advice because I’m in hell. I’ve had moderate SPD since about 20 weeks, which I’ve been able to manage with regular osteopath visits, exercises, sports taping, a bump band etc. It’s been painful but manageable. However the last few days it has suddenly turned agonising, I cannot even describe the pain. I cry every time I turn over at night and I never cry! Is this a sign baby will be here soon? Obviously I want him in there as long as possible but I can’t imagine another 3,4,5 weeks of this. Is there anything else I can be doing to help with the pain? Thank you x

I don't have any advice but I'm 20 weeks and just started to develop (clearly mild in comparison) SPD, so you have my sympathy! I never had it with my first but I feel like I've been punched in the vulva and rolling over is not fun at all.

Could you make a last minute appointment with the osteopath?

That was a great idea, I’ve phoned her and she’s seeing me at 8pm tonight, thank you 😊
