I'm really scared.

Bit of history - I have a daughter and I conceived her with no issues. Fast forward a few years and I've had miscarriages and chemical pregnancies - 6 to date.

AF due tomorrow but I have all the pregnancy symptoms I had with my daughter which hasn't really happened so much with my other pregnancies. The only issue is that the tests (both FRER and generic) aren't getting darker - I'm both scared and hopeful.

Has anyone had faint tests in the early days and it's been ok? Or should I face the fact that this is just another chemical?

Hi op
Sorry for your losses.
I would however retest after your AF and see then. I do wish you all the best

Thank you @jade0881 I did and it’s still positive. Much stronger but not where I’d hoped. My bloods came back as 19.6 and I’m having them redone on Sunday. My BBT dropped from a steady 37 to 36.7 today too so I’m starting to get my head around another loss. Thank you for replying x

Hey, I can understand your worry and fear I've had 7 missacarriages. I had 5 before my little boy and 2 after him and currently 13+3 pregnant now. Mine stayed very faint for a good while and I tested every day maybe twice or 3 times a day for the next month after and they took a while to get darker. If your in England because you've had that many miscarriages you should be able to self refer yourself to the early pregnancy unit which will scan you every 2 weeks up until your 12 weeks scan and I got prescribed progesterone and a high dose of folic acid aswell as aspirin. There's been no reason for my miscarriages so that's all they could do. But it took up until 7 weeks to actually see a heart beat so I had 2 scans that showed nothing but I wasn't bleeding and test still showed positive even if they were really faint.. I just took it as each day as they came and still do so today I'm pregnant and that's a good thing. After that many I think it's normal to worry throughout the whole pregnancy. Even with my little boy who's 15months old I still check in on him during the night just to make sure he's breathing as it's left me with such bad worry about losing babies. But I hope everything works out and either speak to your gp to get referred or call your early pregnancy unit. Good luck and congratulations xxxx

Also my nurse told me to take 3 of the normal folic Acid before they prescribed me anything as that's helps those who suffer reoccurring miscarriages xxx
