Pregnancy bleeding

I'm 7 weeks pregnant with twins and I started bleeding but I don't know if it's spotting or something else. I called my doctor and she said that if it gets heavier, then I need to go to a&e but i have some stomach pain too

I would just go in if I was you. Some women do have bleeding through out their pregnancy, could be nothing but better to be sure what's going on. Call your EPU and they will tell you what to do x

Hi I went to the hospital, I had an ultrasound and the twins didn't have heartbeats

So sorry to hear this OP. Just take care of yourself and allow time to process and grieve over what's happened.
I had a MMC last year so I know it hurts like hell but be kind to yourself.
