SMP/Enhanced maternity pay

Hi there

Hoping someone can help me with this question.

My company offers full pay for 12 weeks and then I'll revert to SMP for the remainder.

Once the 12 weeks is up does anyone know whether I'll get 6 weeks @90% salary before dropping to £151 for the remainder or will I go straight to the lower amount for the remainder of my time off?

Thanks in advance

The 6 weeks at 90% is the first six weeks. Your employer will top that up to full pay.

Then the remaining 6 weeks will be SMP plus a top up to full pay.

Then SMP til 39 weeks.
