28wks and have diarrhea, should i worry?

Hi, hope someone can help,
for the last two days ive had a very sore tummy, ive been able to eat and have no vomiting and no tempurature but this morning i had a very nasty bout of watery diarrhea with quite a sharp pain across my tum.
ive had no more diarrea all day but still have the sore tummy.
should i be worried about this effecting my baby or is it just a mild stomach bug?

ive got the runs and im chucking up (lovely isnt it) i think theres some nasty bugs about at the min. if i were you id ring the docs/mw if it doesnt improve and make sure you drink lots of fluid. hope you feel better soon

thanks spugs, i think it must have been something i'd eaten, i had an early night and feel much better now. hope you get better soon
