Baby on the bladder?

I’m 16 weeks pregnant and for the last 3/4 days have been having stomach aches, needing to wee more and feeling a bit ill/lethargic! I few people have said this could be caused by baby on the bladder?

Stomach aches often stop when I sit down but sometimes get more painful, and get stabbing pains when being over.

If this something I should be worried about?

Could be a UTI, may be worth a call

Definitely get checked for a UTI.

Although I will say I'm 30 weeks now and still get these symptoms, even though I repeatedly got tested for UTIs and it came up clear (v surprisingly as I was very prone to UTIs before pregnancy). But yeah sometimes my bladder area really hurts especially when I wee in the morning with a full bladder. I also get those stabbing pains. It seems to get much better when I've had decent bowel movements (sorry for TMI) so it could be a case of different organs competing for space.
