Sciatica pain help

Good morning, I'm only 4 weeks but was wondering was safe remedies there were for sciatica pain please? Hurt my back just before I found out I was pregnant and would love to know of any tried and tested tips to help it! It hurts so much Sad thank you

When I had it years ago, the only thing that helped was stretches I was given by a physio.
