does this look like missed miscarriage?

hey everyone, 3 days ago when i wiped i had brown discharge or it could of been old blood, a bit also went on my underwear. it stopped that same day but i panicked, i called the doctor and they said it can be normal. but i read that it could be a symptom of missed miscarriage to get brown discharge? my scan isn’t until 11th of may and i’m 12 weeks, tried to get an earlier scan for peace of mind but none available. should i be worried about it?

It might be something, it might be nothing. I'd ask to be referred to the EPU. I'm surprised your GP didn't send you straight away. I had less spotting than that and was referred and had a scan within 2 days. Everything was fine.

When I had brown spotting, they wouldn't give me an early scan as it didn't fit the criteria for one

Could be everything or nothing.
I had brown spotting similar to yours and everything was fine.
When I had a MMC I didn’t experience anything as it only showed up on the scan.
I would ask for bloods done or referral to EPU

I reckon if you can get a private scan... hope things work out x
