Hello,
I know there are lots of branded pumps. In the past I used a electric medela swing (which was fab). My last I used a tommee tippee manual and was really successful managed to express loads and was easy tbh because I didn't need to plug in and could sit anywhere!
I'm not sure whether to do the same again (I will just express for days out and to let dh feed sometimes).
However on Amazon I have seen double electric pumps for like £30/£40 reviews seem ok too.
Wondering is anyone has tried any?

After reading reviews and using hospital grade medela last time, think I gonna just go with the medela hand pump! Cheap, good reviews and can be used anywhere. 😃

I have the bellababy for out and about (I’m exclusively pumping for newborn) it had rave reviews.

It’s ok - nothing to write home about in my opinion, and it doesn’t have a patch on my spectra s1 (although I wouldn’t recommend one of those for occasional pumping!!)

I like the compactness of the bellababy, and I can use it with freemie cups that sit in my bra so happily pump anywhere and everywhere. However I find the suction weird, you can’t go back down levels, can only cycle through them, I find the suction crazy strong (too much so even on level 1). I do like the 4 different settings and the size of the unit mind.

So for a cheap electric double pump - it’s ok, but don’t expect medela/spectra quality.

If you know you get a lot off with a manual, I’d stick with that.
