You won’t die or haemorrhage but it probably will hurt

Pain level will depend on current gestation, you can have max dose painkillers if you need them. I've never aborted a pregnancy but I have had 1st trimester miscarriages, the bleeding can be bad but no where near hemorrhage level of bleeding.
If you're 100% sure this is the right thing to do you will just have to get on with it and hope it's over quickly.

@summerrain34 is it the first or second pill you are due to take tomorrow? I'm assuming they still give you 2 pills about a day apart but I had my abortion 7 years ago so apologies if that has changed!

I bled heavily for about 12 hours with mine and then it lightened and stopped after a day or so. I had some cramps but it wasnt painful. I've always had heavy periods and it wasn't really much more than that, although I obviously passed some tissue.

I would make sure you rest up and get lots of nice things in to eat/good shows to watch/book to read to take care of yourself. You will feel wiped out after so take it easy for a few days.

Honestly I know it is a big decision but it isn't anything to be scared of, it will be ok. Sending hugs x

You’ll be fine love. Keep your painkillers on board, get somewhere comfortable and try a hot water bottle on your tummy. Get some nice things in to eat, some big granny pants for comfort and try to rest the day after it. Its tough on your body but is genuinely just a few hours of pain xx
