I'm almost 5 weeks pregnant and have a abortion planned I have been having light spotting so what I only can describe as like the first day of my period not heavy at all and only when I wipe , I don't have any pin but have some very mild cramping and a dull ache in my groin I have the worst health anxiety and have scared myself silly on the internet convincing myself I have an ectopic pregnancy and am gonna die . I called the nurses at the place I'm going to have an abortion and they have said that spotting normal and the pain would be very severe but I just keep thinking the pain is a full ache now and will develop into a severe pain
