Bleeding and cramping very early pregnancy

Hi I have been trying to get pregnant since October. Already have a 9yo dd. Had a chemical in jan and then found out in March that my amh is extremely low for my age 0.7 at 34). Doc told me I was unlikely to get pregnant naturally so I have been coming to terms with not having another. Big shock- just got a positive result. But have also been cramping and spotting for the past 2 days. Yesterday started with a small amount of red blood when wiping and since then have had sporadic but regular brown discharge/ pink tinted when wiping. Does this sound like I am heading for another chemical? I retested today and the line is still strong. I would be around 15dpo I'm guessing.

I’m sorry to hear that. Bleeding can be anything from implantation to a problem. I had light/moderate bleeding from 5 weeks pregnant and it turned out to be ectopic... but was dismissed as a miscarriage until it ruptured. So I would say to push and push to be seen... you’re probably too early for anything to be seen on an ultrasound but they can take bloods to measure HCG etc

@SillyBry sorry to hear that! Can I ask did you have any symptoms of ectopic? Anything I should look out for before I can get to see a doc?

Just had chemical pregnancy never heard of them before only after scrolling the net for hours trying to work out what was on! I had a negative pregnancy first response test 3 days before missed period so wrote it off but then my period got later and later so I done another test about 3 days late and it was very faint but deffo pink in the line! So I got all excited working out dates and planning with the view to do a test a few days later to see if the test got darker... But before I got to do another test I starting cramping and then my period came 😭😭 such a mind f*CK first thinking I wasn't , then finding out I was and then to be snatched away! My only silver lining was that it ended early and not 11 weeks later like my miscarriage a few years ago!! Life can be so cruel xxxx
