I'm hoping someone has some advice for me. I'm just over 9 weeks pregnant and I've been taking Cod Liver Oil (1000mg) with Vit A (2,664 I.U) and Vit D (200 I.U) daily throughout and I've just seen on the NHS website that this really isn't recommended and can cause brain and birth defects. I'm beside myself and just need some sage advice from other mums/pregnant ladies.
This is my first pregnancy (44) and longed for...I can't believe I may have harmed my baby 😓
Please help.
