Hi. Has anybody been in a similar position? Struggling to find much about this online except for posts back in 2009.
I had my 13 week scan yesterday at private clinic. I had harmony test done and had great result of low risk 1/10,000.l so was feeling relaxed I’m scan. However on my nuchal scan as follow up they found a reverse flow in ductus venosus. I don’t have any other issues except I am 41. NT was normal at 1.9. My risk of DS was therefore classed as 1/48.
The clinic said it’s a marker for downs and I’m high risk (but harmony says otherwise). Also risk for heart defect. Now need to wait for 16 week scan.
I’m a bag of nerves, it has not been an easy road to this point. Anybody have any experience on this reverse flow?
