Stuffy nose 8 weeks pregnant

Hi

Iv had a stuffy nose on and off since I found out I'm pregnant is this a normal part of being pregnant ?

I am 35 weeks and have had a stuffy nose all the way through!

Yeah can unfortunately last the duration

My stuffy nose started around 8 weeks too. I'm now 30 weeks and it's still going strong!

Yep, same as others. Now 28 weeks and still the same, it's driving me crazy.

In all my pregnancies a stuffy nose has been my first symptom.

Only difference this time is at 19 weeks it’s just as bad whereas with the others it only lasted through early pregnancy. This time I feel I have a heavy cold ALL the time. Makes sleeping so hard!

Yes defo normal I think irradiated it's due to the increase hormones namely progesterone?

But yeah I get it quite often and also some sinus pain which is a bastard. X

39+3w pregnant with my 3rd baby. I've had it all the way through this pregnancy and my previous two as well. It's a massive pain, but with my previous pregnancies it's disappeared within a week of giving birth.

Omfg literally the whole way through!! I am 20 weeks now but still can't breathe through my nose 😪

I had this through my entire pregnancy and my DH ended up sleeping in the spare room for months because it also made me snore! 😂 Thankfully, it resolved itself once baby arrived.

Yes definitely normal! I've had it from about 8 weeks, I use the neilmed sinus rinse twice a day which hugely helps!

Oh should mention I'm 34 weeks so it's long lasting unfortunately!

Ha ha! It's good preparation for them as when baby comes they won't get much sleep anyway 😉
