Cramps everyday in early pregnancy

Hi All
I’ve recently found about I’m pregnant with my second. If my dates are correct I’m 4.5 weeks pregnant, due roughly 29th or 30th December.
Everyday since I found out last week I’ve been getting cramps, not severe just mild but seems like I feel them more when I sit or lie down. Today I’ve woke up and my Lower back hurts too - are these normal early pregnancy symptoms/has anyone had this and everything been ok? I never had this with my first and just a bit worried about it all. X

From what they said I was a bit out with ovulation but I was having a break from tracking that month they also said they can get more exact dates at 12 weeks scan

@bages1977 got it next Wednesday so only another week wait 😛 quick question did you get images of your early scan?

@Nat171 I got a pic from the private scan but not from the EPU. I think that's because it hadn't really changed much as it was only 3 days in between. Hopefully will go quick for you! Seems to take forever doesn't it!

@TTCat39 they said to me it was normal to be out a few days as you might not ovulate the day you expected etc. I was the same as @Pompom2367 , I wasn’t tracking so I wasn’t 100% sure when I ovulated. They told me my 12 week scan will be the most accurate.

Got my reassurance scan tomorrow.. should be around 8 weeks and 2 days .. will get confirmation tomorrow. So excited.. do the EPU make you do it with full bladder?

Everything is as it should be .. good strong heartbeat 💓 and I’m two days further than I thought .. making me now due on New Year’s Day 🥰🥰
