Unsure whether boy or girl?

Hi, I’m 16 weeks pregnant and went for a private gender scan yesterday. I was adamant I was having a boy this time because my pregnancy is completely different from having my daughter 7 years ago. Baby was wriggling a lot but the sonographer seemed pretty sure when she said we were having a baby girl but I can’t help think she’s got it wrong and I keep looking at snaps of the scan and think I can see boy parts!

The second and third pics I would say girl.

Oh really, I could of put money on it being a boy!

Honestly I’d trust what they said, they have lots more experience at this than you do, any every pregnancy is different. It’s generally fairly obvious to them when it’s a boy.

Those three lines you see are female. You’re having a girl.

Those lines looks female to me.

The sonographers have probably been doing that job for years and are trained to be able to read the image. They know what they’re looking at (most of the time!) so I would trust them!

3rd pic is look very much like a girl.
Years of practice plus age of the fetus makes it pretty accurate.They won't confirm it if there is even a slightest doubt,they will ask you to come back.
My 3rd pregnancy couldn't be more different than first 2,plus v.long gap.
After 2DS it was another DS despite different symptoms.4th pregnancy same as a 3rd and was a bit shocked to carry a girl(wasn't prepared for different gender at all)

That looks like a girl to me. Congratulations
