Hypnobirthing - online resources?

Hi all,
I'm interested in hypnobirthing but probably don't want to pay for a separate course, I'm already doing NCT and from what I've read, a lot of women find the courses push an agenda of natural non-interventionist delivery too hard so women feel like failures if that doesn't happen.

What books/CDs/online courses would you recommend instead? I'd probably prefer something with a CD/downloads accompanying it rather than just a book.

Thanks!

I've just finished the Bump to Baby Chapter online course, it's only £34 and is educational about all birth situations and gives you ways to handle them, along with a bit of Breathing/visualisation type stuff. I've also got the positive birth company online pack and started that but feel its a bit too 'woo woo' and anti intervention for me, but know others that love it. I am going to try finish it as I paid for it, but much preferred TBTBC :)

@Edelweiss2020 that's so fab to hear about TBTBC, I follow them on Insta and am planning on getting the hypnobirthing and the postnatal courses. I want to be informed about all types of birth so this sounds really good that they cover that.
