first period after Miscarriage

hey, need some advice.
So on the 28th March i miscarried. fetus only grew upto 6 weeks 2days. bleeding stopped after 8 days. 3 weeks after still testing positive buti e had a scan to make sure everything is clear. and to teat again in week to see as me and my handsome did the deed after i stopped bleeding and i swear i ovulated on the 9th april but didnt have any tests to confirm. week after ive been feeling implantation pain like i did when i got pregnant with a bit of brown discharge. so my head is going crazy.
2 days after i get a bit of more brown watery discharge so im thinking my period is coming. till now i havent started my period but getting watery brown discharge.
oh i have to say that two days ago i have more pink/ light red watery discharge and i thought oh heres my period but nothing!! i have no cramps! just been feeling “implantation” pain on my left. like pulsing and tingles.
im testing again in fews days time to see if its finally negative but. must say that before i did get pregnant my cycle was regular always 26/27/28 cramps few days or week.
just wanted to see if anyone has experienced something similar or just watery discharge for weeks before period came. thanks guys!

See it's impossible to say what is going on as you didn't have a negative test since the miscarriage. You might be pregnant again, or it may well just be that your cycle hasn't balanced out yet after the miscarriage, causing all these symptoms. Take it easy, see if you have a period in the next couple of weeks, if not, try and arrange a scan.
