Pram for toddler and baby

Hey all,
I’m due end of June with no2 and have a 2.5yo toddler (who generally doesn’t love her pram). We’ve still got a baby jogger GT that I can’t relinquish.
I’ve also got arthritis in my hands so need something that car seat can easily attach to and isn’t a complete nightmare to change bassinet to seat etc.
I did toy with getting the uppababy vista second hand so that they could both fit in on the odd occasion older daughter is willing and maybe add a buggy board. But, I seriously doubt my daughter would stay on it 🤪.
WWYD? Pls give me your fave prams that are good on all terrain and also easily attachable. (Doesn’t have to be light).
Thank you!
Sorry for horrible writing. Half asleep 😆

iCandy Peach double when I had 2 under 2.

But once DC1 was 2.5yr I switched back to my bugaboo with a buggy board.

I had a Phil and teds. I loved it!

I had a 2 year 4 month gap between my first two and didn't bother with a double pram. We had a buggy board for a bit, but to be honest, I found it really clunky and I was always banging my ankles on it.

I tended to end up with baby DS2 in a carrier, and then DS1 in the stroller or on his scooter. I actually found that easier than trying to push the baby in a pram and run after a toddler.

I've had a 17m gap between 2&3 and about to have a 22m gap in June between 4&5.

I've ordered a babyjogger city mini double with a bassinet. I have had this (older version) with DC2 and 3 and loved it.

DC2 and DC4 have both been good early walkers but equally they're stubborn and want to go where they want to so for me a double was essential. I also have dogs which having a double helps with.

There's 2yrs 3months between my 2 and we rarely use the buggy board, ds1 just walks and I either have dd in a sling or a buggy

Belles86 · 25/04/2021 16:44

Thanks for your comments! Yeah I’m going to pick up another sling. We had the ergobaby 360 with my daughter but we never really got on with it. 🤷🏻‍♀️
I’m having another section this time so I guess I won’t be going straight to sling. Might try and buy a few attachments for the baby jogger (bassinet, car seat attachments and buggy board) and see how we get on.
Now I just need to find a car seat that’s not an utter bastard to get out of the car!

Depends how much walking you do. When I had two under two I did loads so a double buggy was essential.

NOT an Oyster Max Tandem.. I have one. They are shittttttt

Bugabo Donkey, loved mine. Can be used in double or single mode. Easy to change, car seat can be put on, great over all terrains, decent sized basket. Not light but in my eyes completely worth it!
