Hi all. I'm currently 37+1 and I'm scheduled in for an induction at midday today. This is our first baby and I'm rather nervous. I was in hospital for a week due to issues with BP and possible pre-eclampsia and also with chronic pain. I have a CP condition anyway so these last ten days have been unbearable. I also had a very unpleasant incident with a doctor last week. They thought I was going in to labour, I was quite out of it and they gave me no notice before inserting the speculum. It left me in agony and in hysterics afterwards because of the pain that was caused.
I'm just feeling nervous and looking for any words of advice.
