I'm being induced tuesday and I dont know what to expect especially with it being during the covid period can anyone give me an idea like will my partner be aloud in to see me or stay with me? Do I have to stay in hospital?

Thank u for replies

I got induced during covid too. DH was told he could only come in during active labour but he was actually allowed in before that. It’s the same as if you were not induced.

Not sure on the staying part, I don’t think being induced means you’re more likely to stay? I stayed but because my baby had health problems.

@Novid19
I have to go into the antinatal tomorrow morning to do a covid test, and there was a girl on my Facebook who had to stay due to covid... maybe if I'm in tomorrow I should ask them the process as some people say no visits unless its booked in or skme say if your induced partner can stay up to 2hrs max I know all hospitals are diffrent but it would be nice to know what to expect I suppose.

Totally depends on the hospital. You can have a google to see if their website has the current policy.
