Pregnancy Test Line Dissappeared

The line was then after the 3 min wait and now its gone.... completely blank. Is this a positive or negative?

It could have evaporated?

Could you do another test to be sure

Thanks all. Have had heavy bleeding and waiting for scan Monday which will be 7 weeks. I think this is a miscarriage though. 💔
