Pregnancy and fibroids

Hello,

I had my 12 week scan yesterday and the sonographer informed me that my fibroid has grown to 3.2mm from 1.7mm back in January. It’s not a fibroid she seemed too concerned about as she told me that it’s not in a high risk location and most of them get smaller after pregnancy.

I just wondered if this is something anyone has any experience dealing with. My biggest fear is how big I could expect it to get... it’s a bit unnerving...

Millimetres or cm?? If mm, I'm surprised the sonographer could even see it!!! I had clomid grow a fibroid from 0 to 3 cm over 6 months. It was mentioned during my first pregnancy at the 12 week scan. Not mentioned at all in my second pregnancy (about 2 years later).

Fibroids generally are zero issue in pregnancy unless massive 8+ cm...
