Loss of symptoms at 7-8 weeks

I know that this is probably a popular topic to be posted about. I lost my symptoms last week just after 7 weeks and am feeling very anxious. I was experiencing nausea, bloating, extreme tiredness and sore boobs but now I'm only feeling a little tired. I had a miscarriage last year but bled at about 6 weeks. I haven't had any bleeding this time and am worried it is a missed miscarriage.

I spoke with my midwife today who has advised me to do a pregnancy test and then we can ask the EPC for an early scan if they agree to it. Does anyone else have any experiences to share?

Thank you

I lost my symptoms around this time. Didn't feel pregnant at all and ended up going for a private scan to put my mind at ease. Baby was fine though 😊

@IHTC ah that's great to hear, I am glad it was positive for you! I think if I can't get a scan at the EPU then I will have a private scan done.

I used Window to the Womb who were brilliant! Highly recommend them. Good luck and congratulations!

Once my sickness stopped all my symptoms disappeared too. It can be totally normal.
You done a test yet?

eromder · 21/04/2021 16:13

@PinkCookie11 Thank you for your reassurance. I am at work at the moment so will test tomorrow morning and contact the midwife once done.

I did a test last night and got a strong positive, I will feed this back to my midwife later and see how it progresses in terms of a scan. Thanks for all your support

@PinkCookie11 hi there! I was just wondering how this turned out? I am going through the same thing at the moment after a missed miscarriage early this year, naturally I’m worried. I hope it turned out well for you 🤞🏻

Everything turned out for me, I was Pinkcookie!
How far are you?

Cmay · 25/11/2022 12:48

@SunshineClouds1 im so please for you!! :)

I am 8+2w but I’ve been spotting the whole way through. I didn’t have that the first time but that ended in miscarriage at 10w. I have been on progesterone since 6 weeks given my previous miscarriage but now with the loss of symptoms I’m not feeling too hopeful - I have a scan on Monday to see what’s happening🤞🏻
