guilty tv pleasures - 'fess up everyone!!!

Now I am an intelligent, well-educated woman, and normally I have no interest at all in reality tv, but I am addicted to America's Next Top Model!! Love it and it is on tonight...

plan to stuff myself with pizza while lying on the sofa to watch it (delicious irony...)

anyone else have any 'shouldn't love it but I do' telly programmes to confess to???
