Can these companies that charge for nub guesses really be able to give such a high percentage from a still picture ?

Hi ladies ...after saying I wouldn’t send my pic to a professional nub guessing site ...I had a moment of weakness and did It ! What I wonder is can they really give you such a confident answer from just a still picture ? What are your thoughts ?

What's the high percentage? It might not be as high as it sounds.

Do they have to publish their success rates? I would guess there is a disclaimer somewhere saying it's for entertainment purposes only and therefore they can say whatever they want. So if they promise 90% accuracy or whatever and they get it wrong they just say you're in the 10%, even though they might only have 60% accuracy (slightly more than guessing at random) for example.

They gave me 85 % ...i wish I hadn’t caved in as now I feel like they are right and they have put a certain gender in my head ...if that makes sense !

Did they ! That makes me feel better 😂 I don’t mind what we have at all , I just don’t want to feel disappointed now if it’s not what I’ve been told .

I got 85% it was a girl, we are having a boy! I think it’s just suppose to be for fun, I wouldn’t take it too seriously!

I got two really high percentages of girl from two different companies. NIPT test and 3 different sonographers have confirmed.... Boy 💙

My hunch is that the are more likely to be right determining a boy at this point

BabyC21 thank you that’s really interesting as I’ve been told girl by two different companies ( yes I did two 🙈) I already have a girl and this pregnancy has been sooo different plus the scan pics look very different so I had in my head that it’s a boy ...

I saw someone on one of these sites recommending the nub whisperer so sent my 12 week scan to them. She said boy and right enough it’s a boy! Another two people on the chat I was on also got theirs done and both were also correct x

I think these sites are really predatory, to be honest. If you wait a bit longer, you can have a proper look at the second scan. They're making money off pregnant women by preying on their emotions and charging them for moonshine.
