Unusual pregnancy question

So im in my 3rd trimester and bump is pretty big. Iv been cleaning my whole bathroom i didnt use bleach but i used flash febreze bathroom cleaner. I then went on to shower and i cleaned my initimate area with soap (scentless) but i realised that after cleaning i hadnt washed my hands and now im really scared that thr chemicals from the spray might hurt my baby? I didnt clean interally just the external parts and before i did that i had washed my hair and body with another soap. Am i worrying too much? My baby is fully engaged atm and im scared tbh.
Also iv been in nesting mode and been bending and cleaning a lot can this hurt the baby? I cant seem to sit around for ages. Please advice.

It won't hurt the baby from slight contact with your nether regions.
You should be careful not to be breathing in the fumes from cleaning products (bleach, disinfectant etc.) though as they aren't good for you or the baby. Open a window when you clean and try to stick to hot water and a tiny splash of cleaning fluid if really needed.

You need to stop worrying. Your baby will be perfectly fine. You had washed your hair and body first so you had washed your hands, and unless you sprayed febreze all over your hands instead of what you were cleaning then the amount of residue on your hand would be miniscule.

Bending and cleaning can not hurt the baby. You can even use bleach!

Just relax and enjoy this time before baby arrives.
