Low laying placenta

Just had my 20 week scan today and found out I have a low laying placenta, have been booked in for another scan at 32 weeks to see if the placenta has moved as it’s a little too close to my cervix. The hospital told me that 90% of the time as ur tummy gets bigger it does move into the correct position but I currently have a rectocele prolapse from my first labour 2.5 years ago and just wanted to know if anyone knew if this could affect my placenta previa as to why it’s sitting low? I have a consultant appt in a few weeks re my prolapse so I will defo ask him then about it, just wanted to see if anyone else had this and if all turned out ok? Thank you

Yeah I had, she’s 10 now ! And she is grand.. it corrected it self as the pregnancy went on.. emotionally it was stressful at the time, waiting so long to have a baby and then .. I ended up with a section but don’t know if placenta mattered with regards to that.. it was a drama early in and not so much later..
