6w 3d Bleeding (TMI pic)

Hi lovely ladies,

As the title says I am 6w3d preggo and after a run this evening while undressing for a shower I got the fright of my life when I saw my underwear.

A large amount of red blood on my knickers. I did not feel any pain and still now, about 2 hours after the event I feel fine.

When I wipe now, I get the slightest amount of brown.

Has anyone experienced this? Is this the beginning of the end, because I really feel like it may be.

What the most perfect worrying is that emotionally I feel empty. It sad, not hopefully, just completely empty of emotions.

How far/fast did you run?
It may have been abit much.
Keep an eye but as long as you haven’t had anymore I think you’ll be ok.
It is common to have a little bleed etc in pregnancy, more so early on. And now that it’s brown and very little amount just seems like something was aggravated whilst running

I only ran 4km and I'm an active runner generally who usually runs no less than 10km 4 days a week.
Will definitely not be doing anything else until I've seen the doc.
Still only slight Brown when wiping sometimes, but I feel like I have 'period tummy'!

One small, but healthy and as expected embryo with a rapidly beating heart.
Likely cause of bleeding is a burst blood vessels from the placenta and the changes its going through!
Counting my lucky stars!
