Negative test but pregnant

Would anyone be willing to share stories where they have been a week late or longer, had negative tests and still been pregnant.

My period was 2 weeks late before I got a bfp. Only had sex that month on day 23 of a 28 day cycle.. Dd was classed as a week past her due date.

Only with our eldest but that was almost 16 years ago and home tests were not as sensitive then.

Af was 2 week oate when got bfp with her.

Hey maybe someone can help I had last AF 13th March missed completely in April and now had 3 days of spotting all tests show up negative gp send me appointment for next Tuesday for a sear test as they are sure I am not pregnant but I am not sure I am always run down and tired complete loss of appetite and get nausea on and off too I'm at a loss here it would be baby nr.4
