Belly growing

Hi everyone! I've felt from around 5 weeks pregnant that my stomach is bloating more and more each week. But I am now 10+5 and I don't feel like my belly is getting any bigger. I had a previous miscarriage at 5 weeks so I'm really anxious.

With this pregnancy, I had an 8 week scan and baby was the perfect size and a 131 heartbeat.

I now have to wait until 4th may till the 12 week scan, which will make me 13 weeks.

Thanks! Xx

At 10 weeks your stomach wouldn't be growing yet, baby is still tiny and deep in your pelvis.

PP is right. You might have some bloating, but your uterus is nowhere near coming up out of your pelvis yet. That doesn't even start to happen until 12 weeks.

Its quite normal to get bloating early on that does stop by your stage. It will be a little while before your belly starts to grow, the baby is still tiny.

Oh that's okay! Was panicking a bit. I would also count myself as plus size, I'd be 16-18 so it'll probably take longer.

Thank you xx

Your uterus is still really low down in your pelvis so it would be too early to look pregnant
I had my daughter a couple of years ago and I was a very petite size 6 and didn’t start looking visibly pregnant until I was about 23 weeks
