Some quick advice

I’m just about to call over to Maternity Assessment but wanted to run this by anyone who may have had this before in case I’m being dramatic.

During my pregnancy my pees have been very slow and trickle like which I put down to just having a full stomach or baby laying on my bladder.

Anyway just a few moments ago I got this really strong urge to go to the toilet and I peed so fast it was like a hose going off but very satisfying as I felt I had emptied my bladder for the first time in months.
I stood up to wipe and all over a sudden I had this gush of water dripping out, it wasn’t loads but it came out as if someone had turned a tap on and off quickly. I tried to get it with toilet roll but most of it went on my pants and made my pants wet.

I’m 37+3 and now sitting here terrified that it could have been my waters or maybe my bladder playing up.

Has anyone had anything like this at all? I’ve had a little bit of cramping since but nothing really sore or anything, mostly uncomfortable feeling. 🥺

Sounds like your waters. You need to call.

To add, my waters broke when I stood up from the toilet when I had my first.

You're not being dramatic, it could be your waters!

Ring triage, they will want you in to check if it's waters most likely. If it is, be prepared to be sent home again.

Stick a sanitary towel in. If you leak more, they can then test if when you get there
