FYI You have posted this three times...

They do seem to say pregnant don't they?

crispychicken12 · 16/04/2021 18:04

What exactly did the doctor say? Normally you would do your test and then arrange a booking in appointment. FRER are sensitive so you can see the result earlier, if you haven't got your period i would go with you are pregnant

Sleepisoverrated150 · 16/04/2021 18:08

All of these are positive pregnancy tests....I’m so confused, is there a negative test that you haven’t uploaded?

Sleepisoverrated150 · 16/04/2021 18:09

Did the doctor do a blood test?

Lejla2021 · 16/04/2021 18:14

The docter said that my endometrial linning is 5mm which is to thin for a pregnancy, also she said that there was no pregnancy on the scan. I don't understand anything anymore i stil have positive tests. I tested as soon i got home was positive aswel but the one at the docters office was negative. They put it in sort of a machine. Im aware i posted 3 times i kept pressin the button it would upload sorry.

I meant it wouldn't upload there for posted 3 times.

I’m sure you can’t visually see a pregnancy until later, although I’m not an expert! I thought that’s why the earliest they ever scan is 6 weeks.

I would do another clear blue digital and see if your hormones are going up 2-3 week. Ask your doctor for a blood test.

Troyhelena · 16/04/2021 18:27

I don’t see how you’re not to be honest. Even one false positive would be extremely rare let alone 6

Lejla2021 · 16/04/2021 18:34

Im just wondering would a chemical pregnancy turn all these test positive? I thought that it would only give you a hint a line. Im literally so confused. And so angry that doctors actually don't want to help me. And find out whats going on. And send me away without a blood test.

Why did you go to the doctors? Are you bleeding? As 1-2 weeks usually means you aren't due your period. It will be a waiting game, as they are still faint and you need to see if they get stronger or lighter. Lighter would indicate a chemical pregnancy

Lejla2021 · 16/04/2021 18:40

I went because i had strong cramps since yesterday and i had a miscarriage in December 2020 so i was worried.

OP posts:
popcorndiva · 16/04/2021 18:41

Oh well cramps can be pregnancy symptom too. I would just wait a couple of days as you are either pregnant just very early or you have had a chemical pregnancy. EPU's are never concerned till past 5 weeks unless it's intense pain

Lejla2021 · 16/04/2021 18:44

Popcorndiva, yes thats all i can do for now wait and see. Thank you.

Are you in a different country? It's way to early to see anything on a scan at this point. Test again in a week and if your still getting positives call back.

Lejla2021 · 16/04/2021 19:04

Sylbunny I'm the uk. I'll just wait it out now no other choice.

See if you can be referred to epu they will do a scan at 6/7 weeks.

TakeYourFinalPosition · 16/04/2021 19:25

When did you have the 1-2 test result?

If recently, you are far too early to be seen on a scan... I’m surprised a U.K. GP even offered a scan. They’d usually do bloods 48 hours apart, if anything, and test for rising HCG.

At this point, there’s not much you can do but wait... by 6 weeks you should be able to start seeing things on a scan.

Did the doctor do bloods, and they’re saying HCG wasn’t detected at all? If so, did you get back to negative tests after your miscarriage?

I’m sorry this has been so rough Flowers

Brunts12 · 16/04/2021 19:26

When your period is due? Are you late yet? It could be just too early for dr’s test to detect your pregnancy, while FRER is more sensitive. I’d wait a couple of days and test again. Fingers crossed for you Flowers

crispychicken12 · 16/04/2021 19:39

Have you missed your period? Or do you know when your next one is due?

Lejla2021 · 16/04/2021 19:41

Takeyourposition yes one is from yesterday morning and one from the morning before. Im still testing positive. After my miscarriage i tested negative straight away within 2 days the line was gone. They dont want to do any bloods at all ill have to chase mu gp about this. Cause this is what i need.

Brunts12 I'm late abouts 4 days now

Lejla2021 · 16/04/2021 19:45

Crispychicken12 i think i would be due again 1 of my my cycle is 23 days my last period was 15 of march then from 5 til the 10 i had a very light bleeding something didn't feel well so i took a test on the 13 and came back positive instantly. Following day i did the clearblue digi. And then the following again. And so on all came back positive. Only the docters came back negative.

Ah okay. You’ll probably find they won’t do bloods - it’s no more accurate than the tests, so most places won’t at this stage. When you get to 6/7 weeks, you could buy a private scan - they’re around £60 - but you wouldn’t want to do it too early, because it’ll worry you if they can’t see everything, and you won’t see much before then.

It’s a weird time, it does make you weirdly anxious and it feels so hands off, but that’s standard procedure until you’re further into pregnancy.

Best of luck to you. Try not to worry.

WhySoSensitive · 16/04/2021 19:47

I’m just impressed you managed to get a scan effectively on the same day.

You wouldn’t be able to see anything on a scan untill 5-6 weeks, you are in a waiting game now.

Lejla2021 · 16/04/2021 19:48

Takeyourfinalposition. Many thanks im actually thinking im pregnant but to early. Time will tell thanks. And good luck.
