Hi I'm 37 weeks and woke up with abit of pain like period pain in lower abdomen and around my lower back last night at around 1:30am
I did kinda wonder if I was having early labour pains and got kinda scared but went to sleep anyways thinking if its labour it will progress and wake me up lol turns out it wasnt lol but It got me thinking how would i identify early labour? Also i dont know if it was Braxton hicks i was having last night as i didnt get tightening but the backache n discomfort came on and off within minutes and I've got had any I dont think as yet.

Labour pains are different to braxton hicks you’ll automatically know it’s strange but you’ll just know when the time to go to hospital is good luck xx

Yeah I was one if those people who didn’t know they where in labour 😂🤣😂

I woke up with mild period pains at 4am and like you went back to sleep and it all stopped. I then had a bloody show around mid day and had very in frequent pains but nothing regular (once an hour). Had to breath a bit though them but it felt like period pains. Hospital said to pop in anyway and I was 6cm at 3pm, walked myself upto the labour ward, grabbed a snack and baby was born 5pm. It proper ramped up 4-5pm and I knew at that point I was in labour 🤣😂
