Heartburn

Omg 29 weeks and this heartburn is killing me 😫😫 even water is giving me heartburn any suggestions on how to ease it?? In my other pregnancies milk was a lifesaver but it's not touching it with this one 🤷‍♀️

Ask your dr for omeprazole, it really helps! Gaviscon didn’t touch mine.

Yeah I've had that before when I wasn't pregnant wasn't sure if I could take it while pregnant. Thanks I'll get in touch with him x
