Pregnancy Gingivitis

The joys!

Had a hygienist appointment today and was informed that I have pregnancy gingivitis. Which basically means my gums bleed more than usual and I have bad breath 😍

Any one else have this? What helped?

I’m not sure on advice but I’ve noticed today my gums are killing me and look really red so not sure but hope you find relief!

I had that I got some little brushes for in between my teeth and some antiseptic mouthwash that I used everyday along with my new electric toothbrush and another trip to the hygienist it cleared its self up

Yes I have the little floss brushes as well, they're abit tricky to use. Got some mouthwash as well so hopefully it won't progress any further!
