Did with me I was awful, felt sick anyway but if I ate anything sweet I felt even more sick, one smartie would make me ill all day. I remember on the way back from the hospital after I had had her and stopping at a garage for chocolate I was so excited for it and it was half melted, very disappointing.

Humpty11 · 14/04/2021 14:53

Definitely not for me, first pregnancy = boy and I was sick up to 10 times a day until I was about 16 weeks pregnant and then still vomited daily until I gave birth. This pregnancy = girl and I was sick a few times in the first trimester.
Everyone’s different though and my friend has two daughters - first = zero sickness and second = all day sickness until delivery.

KoalaOok · 14/04/2021 14:54

No

Moorelewis · 14/04/2021 14:55

Opposite for me! Much more sickness with my first, a boy.

BurningBenches · 14/04/2021 15:54

Mines just got worse the more I've had.

Dd1,2 and 3 no sickness
DS some nausea
Dd4 felt awful until about 20wks. Some vomiting. Still get nausea now at 31+5.

quietlyspoken08 · 14/04/2021 15:57

I had it with my first two boys but stopped/eased off by 16 weeks ish. Currently pregnant with a girl and still having awful days at 22 weeks.

Quail15 · 14/04/2021 16:00

No, morning sickness lasted until around 20 weeks with both pregnancies (one girl, one boy).

Blacktothepink · 14/04/2021 16:02

Yes!

CoffeeAndCaramel · 14/04/2021 16:03

I have two girls with zero sickness. Currently pregnant with a boy and felt absolutely horrendous with it!

StevieNix · 14/04/2021 16:03

Not for me I had severe HG and had a boy.

RouxLou81 · 14/04/2021 16:05

Or twins...I had 24 hr nausea....finding out we are having twins was still a shock

lunar1 · 14/04/2021 16:05

I had HG both pregnancy's untill I delivered my boys.

stuckinarutatwork · 14/04/2021 16:07

In my experience yes. I had hyperemesis with DD (vomiting 20-30 times a day) and it was slightly better with DS as I was only sick 5-10 times a day Smile

GooodMythicalMorning · 14/04/2021 16:08

Hypermeises Gravidarum with my boy, basically from the start to finish!

FTEngineerM · 14/04/2021 16:09

Never had a girl but nausea with DC2 currently cooking was absolutely horrendous compared to DC1. So I think every pregnancy is just different.

Iminaglasscaseofemotion · 14/04/2021 16:10

I had 2 boys, then a girl. I think I was worse with my girl. Also with the boys I was sick until they were born. With the girl it did get better by about 32 weeks. She definitely ruined my body more than the boys 🤣.

TokyoSushi · 14/04/2021 16:11

It did for me, sick but OK with DS, had to have prescription anti-sickness tablets with DD

KurtWilde · 14/04/2021 16:37

No sickness at all with my girls, very sick for weeks with my boy

Mylasmummy2102 · 14/04/2021 16:44

I personally say no due to experience I had bad sickness with my 2nd daughter non with my first and the most horrendous sickness with my current which is a boy x

maryberryslayers · 14/04/2021 18:37

Yes for me!

caringcarer · 14/04/2021 20:30

I had dd first and was very sick for 6 months. Just a bit dick with.2 sons but I was told you often feel more sick with first as your body not used to hormones.

georgarina · 14/04/2021 20:38

I felt way more sick with DD than DS and also just more run down generally...with DS I felt amazing and was full of energy.

Sleepisoverrated150 · 14/04/2021 21:50

I had HG in both pregnancy, by far was worse with my boy snd sick for 9 months. Still sick with my girl but it wasn’t as bad and stopped around 30 weeks

CoffeeRunner · 14/04/2021 21:53

For me yes.

3 x boy pregnancies and no sickness.

1 x girl pregnancy & I was physically sick every single day from around 7 days post conception to the day she was born.

It was the only pregnancy I lost weight in.

Jenala · 14/04/2021 21:56

I had terrible sickness throughout both my pregnancies. Still vomiting on morning of csection at 40 weeks with the second.
Both boys.
