I'm 7 weeks pregnant today. I started having spotting on Friday and became much heavier on Sunday like a period. I've had no pains or clots just stringy brown bits 😫 I've done a test and still says positive. Midwife said to wait 2 weeks and do another test as I'm too early to have a scan in my local hospital unless I travel , which I cant my boobs dont feel sore today but still feel the need to pee more often. I think I have miscarried 😥 has anyone else had anything like this. Im trying to stay positive but I feel like I have had too much blood for the baby to be okay
