I recently suffered a MMC with our first pregnancy. I'm so anxious and worried that it will just never happen for us, that we will never have a baby. Is this normal?

Condololences on you loss. It's a perfectly normal part of the grieving process.
Our 1st pregnancy went fine but then was followed by 2 mc's at 12 & 8wk. I thought that we were going to be a lone child family due to the struggles but I was being daft. Now have 5 children from 4 term pregnancies and 22wk with our 6th, had 5 mc's between 8 & 12wk and lots of chemical pregnancies too. Some pregnancies just don't work out but that doesn't mean you will never get ones that do. The journey is worth it once you get to hold a newborn. Good luck
