Trying to get pregnant

Looking for some advice.
How soon after a miscarriage can you be pregnant again?
I had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago and I took a test and it says I'm pregnant, could this be related to the miscarriage pregnancy or a new pregnancy?

@lauras1 unfortunately it could be either. Did you get a negative test after your MC? If yes, then this is new. If not, this could be from the MC.
