Cramps

Evening all

What is normal cramping for early pg? I'm about 7 weeks and feel like I've had cramps most days since I found out about 2 weeks ago. Sometimes it's right down in my lower back and pelvis. Sometimes down my thighs. Sometimes feels like period paid. No bleeding. But when is it meant to stop? And should I be concerned? Thanks!

I remember getting lots of cramping in early pregnancy (I’m also 20 weeks now) I actually put off doing a test for a while as the cramps were so bad I thought it was my period coming! There’s lots of stretching and moving going on even at that stage, all very normal :)

Me too! It felt just like period was coming. And just been crampy ever since. My pelvis is really sore too.

@mrsawhite I’m only 9 weeks, and I was so surprised at how much you cramp in early pregnancy. I’m some we’re actually really painful and I was convinced something was wrong but unless there is bleeding, don’t worry. I had a scan yesterday and everything was perfectly fine! It’s just where everything is stretching and moving around xxx

Thanks @Summersun001 I do find myself expecting to find blood every time I go to the loo. 12 weeks feels years away!

I felt like my period was about to start pretty much through the whole trimester

Good to know. Had some quite bad cramps yesterday. And very occasionally it's just on one side. Keep prodding my boobs to check they are still sore 😁 such a worry some time

Evening ladies. I feel today like my cramps are really quite different. Like period pain type. But not all the time. No bleeding. Did anyone find cramps very intense sometimes? Trying to convince myself it might be normal...
