5 weeks pregnant - sharp pain when stretching!

Hello

I’m 5+3 days pregnant from my first round of IVF, I’ve had very limited symptoms but every time I stretch or move a certain way I get a sharp shooting pain in the left side of my groin. It even happened when I shouted at my dog yesterday! I have no idea if this is normal, there’s been no bleeding or anything.
I’m absolutely terrified every time I go to the toilet and am convinced this is an ectopic pregnancy. I know ‘what will be will be’ but can anyone relate to shooting pains in one side?

im 5 weeks after my first round of IVF too

i dont really have a sharp shooting pain but i do have a stitch like twinge every so often. its nothing major but from doing some research and speaking to others, its pretty normal, So im sure yours is too :)

everyone saying its like growing/ligament pains as your body is changing!

Hope everything else is well! have you had any other symptoms?
ive got sore boobs and feel tired all the time. Getting nausea too but nothing crazy.

also meant to say, have you joined the pregnancy after IVF group on facebook? im finding that quite good. thats where i get all my advice x

I felt a bit sickly and nauseous last week but been fine the last few days. I am tired and have sore boobs though! I ate some fish last week which I usually love and it made me feel so ill, I’m assuming that’s an aversion but who knows! It’s really hard to not overthink every single feeling! I have my 6 week scan on 19th so that might put my mind at ease a bit (hopefully!)
I wasn’t aware of this Facebook group, I will defo have a look x

oh my god the fish aversion! i ate tuna yesterday for lunch and didnt feel right after. it was so weird as i love tuna! My stomach was doing jumps when i thought of it haha

oh i know, everything is over analysed at the moment. its hard not too!

i have my 7 week scan on 26th and i think im due 2nd week of december? what about you x

I know, I’m definitely wishing time away... fingers crossed we relax a bit after scans!
According to a due date calculator I used based on my transfer day, I’m due 10th December... but no idea how accurate they are! Hoping for more info in my first scan - I literally cannot wait!!x
