Implantation bleeding??

Good morning
Im due on the 17 April but on the 10th April I was going to bed and noticed pink mucus when I wiped. I woke up the next morning and for a few hours the pink discharge continued but then stopped. I have woke up this morning 5 days before my next period and I have lower right abdomen pain and only a little pink stain on the toilet roll when I wipe. Does anyone know if this could be implantation bleeding ?

It could be - I've had it with 2 out of 3 pregnancies. Once at 7dpo and once on the day I was due on. x

Did you end up finding out if it was implantation? I spotted during ovulation and then had a few days with no spotting I was booked in for a scan on Wednesday (ultrasound) due to two chemicals this year and started bleeding just before it which would make my period 5 days early I’ve continued to bleed but not as much as I would on a normal cycle periods due (19.04.2021) phoned my doctors for results and they have said results look fine it’s nothing to worry about but want me to go for another ultrasound.. so I’m wondering if they have seen some something and not confirmed due to previous misscarriges early on
