So I've bought some Clary Sage oil and a carrier oil, what do I do with them????

Pretty much says it in the title. Do it put it in the bath or rub it on my bump or back????

Am I being dumb by asking what you want it to do...? I thought Clary Sage was dangerous in pregnancy (but maybe I'm wrong or maybe it depends what stage you're at..? ).

I heard it is supposed to help bring on labour (I am due tomorrow) and I cant take being waiting anymore

But then again in my pregnant state of mind maybe I heard wrong (Very possible with me )
